Terms of Service

Greffier is sold as a one-time purchase: one license covers one person on up to 3 activated devices and includes every update to the current major version (v1.x). No subscription.

Sales are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record — Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for your purchase and handles payment, sales tax and VAT, invoices, and refunds.

Refunds: 14-day no-questions-asked refund window from the date of purchase. When an order is refunded, its license key is disabled and the app locks after its next license check.

Activation: activating a license needs an internet connection once per device. The app re-validates the key periodically and tolerates long offline stretches. You can free a device seat any time from Settings → License (“Deactivate this device”); if you lose access to an old device, contact support to reset your activations.

You are responsible for complying with recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction. Always obtain any consent required before recording a conversation.

The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the software. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms may be updated over time; the current version is always published on this page. The English version is authoritative.
